He wants to carry our burdens? who does that??

"Praise be to the Lord, to God our Savior, who daily bears our burdens". Psalm 68:19

WOW....we serve a mighty God who wants to carry our burdens, DAILY!
As some of you may know, I live in a house with 4 other girls. Since moving into this house God really layed on my heart to start a bible study with them. To share in each others burdens, to rejoice in each others blessings! To really come together through the bond of peace that is Christ Jesus and life one another up. Every Tuesday night we have commited to meeting together and to share with each other what the Lord is teaching us and to pray together. To remain unified in love!
This tuesday we met for the 2nd time. We walked up to the "water tower" and watched the sun set. It was the most beautiful sunset I've seen in awhile. God fully revealed himself in it. We talked about how busy we can get and how we never give enough time to pray with each other. Yeah, we may say "I'll pray for you!" but then we just go home and forget to do so, or we go home and pray to God in a secret quiet place. But why don't we have time to pray WITH that person?
With the realization of how important prayer is and how powerful it is as well, my heart was convicted. I shared with the girls how much of a blessing it is to tell someone about our burden that we are carrying, about the heavy load that we are allowing to weigh us down. Once we unload our burdens on someone else, then that person shouldn't just walk away with it heavy on their shoulders but should pray together with that person and give it up to God. This is exactly what we did on tuesday. We ministered to each other with scripture and then we prayed individually and lifted our burdens up in prayer TOGETHER! what a blessing!
I encourage us all to listen to peoples needs and to find the time to pray with that person STRAIGHT AWAY! This simple act shows so much love to people...it shows them that you actually have TIME for them and that you fully believe that there is a God who cares for us and who wants to bear our burdens. LETS LIVE OUTLOUD!

This week has been a busy week in ministry. I'm finally getting into a more consistent schedule with my ministry. Things are really starting to pick up and I have plenty of work to do. (I love it).
Last Sunday a few friends and I were able to bless a church in our community by teaching sunday school for 2 hours to their little ones. It went so well! It's amazing to me to see such small children have such a deep revelation of God and who they are in him. To hear their prayers and to see them comprehend what the lord has done for them. What a blessing that was to me. God also blessed each of us with finances too, the church was gracious enough to give us $50.00 each. How good is it to be obedient to God?

This weekend I'm going to Noosa National Park with a few friends to go snorkling and then I'll be watching my friends semi-pro rugby game! If you havn't caught a rugby game..you def. should see one. It's......INTERESTING!

I love you guys and am so thankful to you all who support me and pray for me. To help me keep my eyes on Jesus Christ. Thank you for interceeding for me, I feel your prayers!

May this be your prayer as well as mine this week and FOREVER:

"1Chronicles 4:10 Jabez cried out to the God of Israel, "oh, that you would bless me and enlarge my territory! let your hand be with me, and keep me from harm so that I will be free from pain. And God granted his request!"

LOVE YOU!
